Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chronian Dispatch Regulator (ranked 306 p4p, 282 weight class) and Gothic Line (ranked 47 p4p, 43 weight class). Dispatch Regulator comes to the cage accompanied by A Doon Hicky. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dispatch Regulator throws a low kick, looking for Line's leg but Line calmly moves out of range.
Line defending well as Dispatch Regulator loads up on a big left hand.
Dispatch Regulator connects with a right hand. Line shakes it off.
Line lands a jab to the nose.
Good standup being displayed there by Dispatch Regulator as he connects with a hook.
Line closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
A telegraphed right hand from Line misses the target.
Dispatch Regulator scores with a crisp jab that stopped Line in his tracks.
Line misses with a body kick.

Line tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dispatch Regulator was well out of range. Poor timing from Line.
Dispatch Regulator fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Line looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Dispatch Regulator throws a right hand that Line ducks under and follows up with a left that Line also avoids with ease.

Line stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Line is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Dispatch Regulator, as that shot connected.
Dispatch Regulator ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Dispatch Regulator is looking to score with low kicks.
Line moves out of range as Dispatch Regulator strikes.
Line rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Dispatch Regulator counters with a stiff right hand.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Dispatch Regulator. Line shrugs it off though.

Gothic Line seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Line throws a shot from downtown. Dispatch Regulator moves away and avoids it.
Dispatch Regulator throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

A quick step to the side and Dispatch Regulator tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

and Line counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Dispatch Regulator is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Dispatch Regulator doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Line blocks a jab.
Dispatch Regulator throws the kick towards the body but Line avoids it.
It seemed like Line was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
A slapping body kick lands there for Line.
Line scores with a sloppy right hand. Dispatch Regulator should have avoided that one.

It looks like Chronian Dispatch Regulator has been cut.
Dispatch Regulator throws a head kick that misses.
Line looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Dispatch Regulator has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Line finds it's way round the side to connect with Dispatch Regulator's head.
A telegraphed right hand from Dispatch Regulator misses the target.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Line! But no joy.
Dispatch Regulator throws an overhand right that lands on Line's shoulder, as Line tries to avoid the shot.

As Line tries to get set, Dispatch Regulator tries to push him back and clinch up but Line manages to avoid the attempt.
A shot to the body from Dispatch Regulator misses
and Line counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Line throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Dispatch Regulator looks to land a body kick but Line moved away.

Line drops Dispatch Regulator with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Dispatch Regulator looks back up at him and smiles so Line waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Line cracks Dispatch Regulator with a left hook right on the temple and Dispatch Regulator goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Line lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Dispatch Regulator is OK!
