The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Denghui stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Denghui wants it to stay on the feet.
De Moncey steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Denghui.
Denghui displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from De Moncey.
De Moncey shoots for a double leg takedown but Denghui sprawls well. He's pushed De Moncey's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Denghui escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. De Moncey gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
De Moncey advances position into side control!

De Moncey is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Denghui is trying to escape and De Moncey transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Denghui is forced to tap! Nice work there by De Moncey! Very nice indeed!
