Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Phol Boxaaja (ranked 2671 p4p, 5170 weight class) and Vini Chowkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 28 - 21 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Phol Boxaaja!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Vini Chowkin!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Sergei Dronov and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Chowkin misses.
Boxaaja displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Chowkin throws out the jab.
Boxaaja feinted with a counter takedown.
Phol Boxaaja seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Boxaaja fails with a takedown attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Boxaaja is defended easily by Chowkin.
Chowkin now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Boxaaja throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Chowkin's waist but Chowkin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Boxaaja off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Phol Boxaaja. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Chowkin misses with a body shot.
Boxaaja doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Chowkin counters with a straight right hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Chowkin displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Boxaaja.
Boxaaja bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Boxaaja has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Chowkin misses with an uppercut.
Chowkin throws a hook to the side of Boxaaja's head but Boxaaja sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Chowkin doesn't manage to clinch there - Boxaaja circles away.
Boxaaja shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Chowkin is trying to defend but Boxaaja finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Boxaaja not doing much here.
Boxaaja is trying for a kimura here. Chowkin looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Boxaaja wins by kimura!
