Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jarrod Beard!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Joseph Jones and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beard throws a big shot that misses.
Beard throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Baddock was covering up waiting for the punch and Beard finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Beard with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

Baddock utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Baddock pushes Beard away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Beard gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
