Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nakachi Tadageru (ranked 831 p4p, 2209 weight class) and Damian Taylor (ranked 87 p4p, 203 weight class). Taylor has chosen Rock 'N' Roll Outlaw as his entrance music. Damian Taylor has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor leaves Tadageru with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Tadageru fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Taylor sprawls well initially but Tadageru persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Tadageru working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Tadageru has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Taylor is looking to control Tadageru's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Taylor avoid being mounted?
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Tadageru connects with a nice short shot to Taylor 's temple.

Taylor is looking for a sweep. Tadageru is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Tadageru takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
You get the feeling that Taylor really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Tadageru has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Taylor 's face.
