Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daud Yordan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Lawrence Jamieson!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Bruno Lombardi and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yordan connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Jamieson loads up on a big right hand but Yordan slips the punch.
A counter left hand to the body from Yordan misses its target.
Jamieson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Yordan swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Nice cross by Yordan.
Yordan lands with a cross.
Jamieson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Yordan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Jamieson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Jamieson is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Yordan lands a jab to the nose.
Jamieson is rocked!
Yordan closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Jamieson! Yordan dives in looking to finish! Jamieson is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Daud Yordan!
