And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 15 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jamari Lexington!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lexington doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Hamada's jab looks to have found its range, popping Lexington under the eye.
Hamada scores with a jab to the body.
Lexington shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Hamada defends it nicely.
Lexington fails with the takedown
and Hamada counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Hamada lands a big right hand that sends Lexington crashing to the mat! Hamada stays standing though and waves Lexington back to his feet!
Lexington is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lexington misses with a takedown
and Hamada counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Lexington has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!

Ryo Hamada decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
