Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Toni Vaananen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yere Wirtanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Wirtanen's choice of entrance music: Disturbed - Criminal. Vaananen has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vaananen lands with a right hand.

Wirtanen lands a head kick. Vaananen smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Toni Vaananen has been cut.

Wirtanen darts in and clinches Vaananen up against the cage.

Vaananen is pressed up against the cage. Wirtanen has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Vaananen down to the mat. Vaananen avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

and Wirtanen counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Vaananen!

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Wirtanen.
Wirtanen has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Vaananen is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Wirtanen yanks on the arm and Vaananen is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Wirtanen.
