Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Torsten Mjölnir!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 20 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ron Austin!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Thiago Cunha and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Austin shoots for a double leg takedown but Mjölnir sprawls well. He's pushed Austin's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Mjölnir fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Austin, pushing him back against the cage.
Mjölnir pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Austin drives through with a takedown into Mjölnir's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Austin isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Mjölnir stacks Austin on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Mjölnir!

Austin dives in and grabs Mjölnir's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mjölnir pushes down on Austin's head and hops out.

I was talking to Mjölnir's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
