Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ming Quan (ranked 4074 p4p, 5310 weight class) and Gregor Frieberg (ranked 486 p4p, 524 weight class). Quan comes to the cage accompanied by Flash - Queen. Gregor Frieberg looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ming Quan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Gregor Frieberg! The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Chris Saunders and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Quan clinches up against the cage. Quan wants a takedown.
Quan has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Frieberg is trying to keep an underhook but Quan manages to get the takedown into half guard. Frieberg trying to control from the bottom.
Frieberg looks winded! Frieberg taking some punishment here, with Quan in his half guard. Quan performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Quan is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Quan working over Frieberg with some ground and pound. Frieberg looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Quan is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Frieberg is rocked! Quan trying to control the pace. Frieberg is still in real trouble! Can Quan finish him? The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Quan looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Frieberg with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Quan slips a nice elbow through Frieberg's hands, connecting with Frieberg's forehead. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Quan in particular looking to stall. Quan lands a big elbow - Frieberg is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Quan!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ming Quan! A relieved looking Ming Quan thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
