The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holben misses with a jab, cross combination.
It looked like Smith Scantling was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Smith Scantling tries to clinch but Holben is having none of it.
Holben is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Holben tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Smith Scantling gets tackled into the cage by Holben. Holben maintains the clinch.
Holben misses with a hook to the ribs.
Holben scores with a nice hook to the head.
Holben looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Holben swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Holben tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Smith Scantling's elbow.

Smith Scantling's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Smith Scantling uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Holben.

Smith Scantling walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Smith Scantling fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Holben manages to avoid it.
Holben dances in with a quick combination. Smith Scantling is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Holben snaps Smith Scantling's head back. Smith Scantling stumbles backwards against the cage. Holben steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Smith Scantling's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Smith Scantling just didn't come prepared.
