Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pensri Pimchan (ranked 5128 p4p, 3825 weight class) and Der Hund (ranked 498 p4p, 405 weight class). Hund has chosen Dogs of War as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Pensri Pimchan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Der Hund! The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Ryoma Takatsuka and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pimchan tests Hund's chin there with a solid looking shot. Pimchan works over Hund's head and body with a nice combination. Hund has a takedown stuffed. Pimchan appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Pimchan lands with a nice body punch. Hund takes one on the button. Pimchan lands with a hook. Hund tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Hund misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Pimchan scores with a shot to the body.
Pimchan lands with a cross. Hund has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Hund changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Pimchan looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Pimchan is trying to improve his position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pimchan is not content to let Hund control the position. Pimchan is looking to regain half guard here but Hund keeps moving and retains side control. Pimchan is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Hund off and has taken his back! Hund is trying to break free.
Hund preventing the rear naked choke attempt from Pimchan. Hund trying to control but not successfully. Pimchan is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Hund knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Hund for a finish.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pimchan has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Hund is defending well but eventually Pimchan manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Hund has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Pensri Pimchan! Der Hund spoke after the fight, saying 'sadly the match didnt go my way, but im gonna go back to training...smarter ...harder'.
