Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eyam Silver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Knox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Knox comes into a darkened arena with his song building. "Another Body Murdered" kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Eyam Silver has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Columbo Gatti and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knox dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Silver. That did some damage!
Knox misses with a low kick.
Silver slips a straight right by Knox.
Knox lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
It looks like Eyam Silver has been cut.
Some wild striking there from Knox.
Knox tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Silver is able to avoid easily.
Silver stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Knox.
Knox slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silver fails with a takedown attempt.
Silver shoots in but no luck this time.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Knox tries to score with a low kick but Silver moves his leg out of the way.
Knox misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Silver.
Silver slips a jab from Knox.
Knox throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Silver sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Knox loads up on a big right hand but Silver slips the punch.
Knox tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Silver was well out of range. Poor timing from Knox.
No luck for Silver with that takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eyam Silver. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Knox fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Silver checks it well.
Silver uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Knox.
Knox jabs at Silver's body.
John Knox seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silver is breathing heavily.
Silver staying out of range there.
Knox cracks Silver with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Knox tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Knox lands a nice hook to Silver's body. Silver takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Silver. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Knox throws an overhand right that has Silver reeling! Knox follows up with more punches and Silver is out cold! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). John Knox!
