Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ted Bundy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jorje Slayer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slayer has chosen Otep - Battle Ready as his entrance music. Ted Bundy is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Ted Bundy!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jorje Slayer!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Luis Engracia and Alexandre Firmino.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Bundy.
Slayer fails with the takedown

and Bundy counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Bundy avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Slayer working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bundy doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bundy manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Slayer has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bundy can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

and Slayer counters with a single leg into guard. Bundy didn't expect that.

Slayer is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Slayer drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Bundy dives on top into guard.

Slayer escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bundy gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Bundy lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.


Bundy throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Bundy wants to clinch up but Slayer keeps it at a distance.
Slayer misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
The crowd cheers as Bundy lands an impressive looking overhand right. Slayer doesn't seem phased though.
Bundy bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Slayer's head backwards.
Slayer closes the distance and clinches up with Bundy, looking for a takedown. Slayer pushes Bundy against the cage but Bundy circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Slayer drops back, looking for a kneebar! Bundy looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Bundy looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Bundy!
