Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mario Yamasaki! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Makana Berzebal! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Trevor Gratis and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Berzebal takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
It looks like Makana Berzebal has been cut. Berzebal misses with a body shot
and Berzebal takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Berzebal wants to clinch but Yamasaki slips to the side letting Yamasaki counter with a right hand. Yamasaki scores with a jab to the head.
Berzebal is rocked! Yamasaki jabs Berzebal to the body, keeping him at a distance. Berzebal shoots and misses and Yamasaki connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Berzebal is still on wobbly legs! Can Yamasaki finish him? Berzebal looks winded! Yamasaki measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Berzebal! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Mario Yamasaki! Mario Yamasaki bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
