Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ivan Drago!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Haidar Nasser!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nasser keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Drago.
Nasser steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Drago.
Nasser shoots in but no luck this time.
A little feinted left hand from Drago on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Nasser closes the distance looking to clinch
and Drago rattles Nasser with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Nasser tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Drago dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Nasser stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Ivan Drago!
