Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tate Stinforn (ranked 3744 p4p, 3608 weight class) and Daniel Pawlikowski (ranked 463 p4p, 453 weight class). Stinforn kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Jefferson Starship - Jane. Tate Stinforn has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tate Stinforn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 9 - 16 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel Pawlikowski! The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Konstantin Menshow and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pawlikowski is looking to clinch but Stinforn is avoiding it.
Stinforn throws a series of punches but Pawlikowski moves out of range. No luck for Stinforn with that takedown attempt. Stinforn gets in close and instigates a clinch. Stinforn tightens his grip and picks Pawlikowski up, before dumping him to the ground. Pawlikowski manages to land in guard. Stinforn is looking to work some ground and pound but Pawlikowski has wrist control. Stinforn throws an elbow that misses. Pawlikowski uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Stinforn's guard. Nice move by Pawlikowski! Stinforn looking to control but Pawlikowski passes into half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round. Pawlikowski postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Stinforn to stand up. Stinforn fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Pawlikowski manages to avoid it. Stinforn stalks Pawlikowski and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Pawlikowski's face. Pawlikowski staggers backwards, shaken. Stinforn fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Pawlikowski to the ground. Stinforn is now in Pawlikowski's guard. Stinforn won't allow Pawlikowski to sweep him here. Stinforn is stalling in the full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Pawlikowski holds on and takes a little breather.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Stinforn avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Pawlikowski controlling the position. Pawlikowski striking off his back but it's not causing Stinforn any problems. Stinforn knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pawlikowski on the ground. Stinforn trying to control but Pawlikowski is working from the bottom. Stinforn working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Pawlikowski's head. Stinforn makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Stinforn slips nicely into half guard. Pawlikowski punching from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pawlikowski has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Stinforn is working away from the top position though. Pawlikowski moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Stinforn trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Pawlikowski looking to control.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Stinforn drives through with a takedown into Pawlikowski's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Stinforn trying to control the position from guard on top but Pawlikowski is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Connects with an elbow from the bottom, proving to the judges that he's still active off his back. Pawlikowski is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Pawlikowski working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Stinforn. Stinforn controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Stinforn throws a strike but Pawlikowski rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Pawlikowski prevents Stinforn from getting back to his feet. Pawlikowski told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet. Stinforn looking for a sweep. Not yet Stinforn, not yet. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Tate Stinforn dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Pawlikowski looks to clinch and Stinforn counters with a one-two to the body. Pawlikowski gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Pawlikowski tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Stinforn is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Pawlikowski buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Pawlikowski!! Pawlikowski is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Stinforn throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:09 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tate Stinforn! A very excited looking Tate Stinforn made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
