Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Joey Crash (ranked 2279 p4p, 2742 weight class) and Gabriel Soares (ranked 293 p4p, 331 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joey Crash!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Gabriel Soares!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Chris Edwards and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crash throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Soares.
A big left from Soares misses.
As Soares looks to move away, Crash throws a big counter combo but Soares just gets out of the way.
Crash fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Soares manages to avoid it.
Soares throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Crash sets himself, and Soares steps forward looking for the clinch! Crash avoids it this time.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
