Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Darren Frost (ranked 484 p4p, 1730 weight class) and Leg Day (ranked 76 p4p, 237 weight class). Darren Frost could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Leg Day's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Darren Frost! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Leg Day! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Day throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Day motions for Frost to come forward. Day throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Day wants to land a leg kick but Frost is out of range. Day misses with a kick to the body enabling Frost to counter with a crisp jab. Frost tries to close the distance and clinch up but Day swats him away and circles back towards the center. Frost blocks a leg kick. Leg Day seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Frost scores with a decent looking hook.
It looks like Leg Day has been cut. Day attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Frost moves out of range of the body kick. Day looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Day misses with a kick to the body.
Frost throws out a loose jab but Day uses good head movement to avoid it. Day ducks under a wild hook from Frost. Day tries a quick counter leg kick but Frost is wise to it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Frost takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Frost swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Frost lands a big right hand that sends Day crashing to the mat! Frost stays standing though and waves Day back to his feet!
Day is rocked! Frost circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Day tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Frost wins by KO!
