Apple scores with a jab. Shah acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Apple with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Majid Shah seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Apple lands a slapping body shot.
Decent striking displayed by Apple there.
Apple ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Shah fails with the takedown
and Apple counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Apple drops Shah with a beautiful combination! Shah stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Apple is looking for the KO!
It looks like Majid Shah has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Shah doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Apple counters with a crisp right hand that drops Shah! Apple lets Shah back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Shah is breathing heavily.
Apple cracks Shah with a left hook right on the temple and Shah goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Apple lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Shah is OK!
