Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Davi Miranda (ranked 24444 p4p, 24508 weight class) and Jackson Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Miranda comes to the cage accompanied by Auditorium. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Allen rushes Miranda and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Miranda is trying to pull guard but Allen turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Allen will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Miranda up against the cage.
Allen landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Our sources have told us that Miranda has been working on his elbows in the gym.
Miranda tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Allen just stands there and leans against the cage.

Miranda had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Allen defends it easily.
Allen showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
Allen must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Let's hope that Allen has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Miranda has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Allen can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Allen is sitting in close to Miranda's body. Miranda has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Allen is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Allen is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Miranda.
