Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lehtola throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wu stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Lehtola feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Wus jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Lehtola connects with a jab.
Lehtola throws a body punch but Wu moves out of range.
Lehtola scores with a jab to the head.
Wu shoots in and drives through. Lehtola sprawls well.
Lehtola scores with a hook to the body. Wu takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Wu shoots in and gets a takedown into Lehtola's guard.
Wu wants to control from the top but Lehtola keeps moving.
Lehtola knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wu on the ground.

Wu throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lehtola works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wu trying to control the position from guard on top but Lehtola is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Lehtola holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Lehtola's coaches at Tappelukerho have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position.

Wu seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Lehtola does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Lehtola keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Lehtola is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Lehtola throws out a powerful jab.
Lehtola connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Wu's hands.
Lehtola's corner calls for a 1-2. Lehtola obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Wu on the wrong end of a nice hook.

Wu takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Lehtola is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Lehtola stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Wu fails to land the takedown.
Wu ducks right into an uppercut from Lehtola.
Wu has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Wu takes one to the side of the head.
Wu tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Lehtola defends well and Wu ends up having to push Lehtola into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Wu jumps guard but Lehtola stands there with Wu around his waist. Wu gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
A nice right hand lands inside from Lehtola.

Wu jumps guard but Lehtola stands there with Wu around his waist. Wu gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Lehtola dips a shoulder and cracks Wu with a mighty uppercut! Wu falls back against the cage and Lehtola unloads with a barrage of strikes! Wu is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Lehtola screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
