Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dragon swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Dragon fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Rico looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Rico needs to keep his hands up - Dragon had a free shot at his head there.
Dragon tries to close the distance and clinch but Rico swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Rico shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Dragon tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Dragon throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.

Dragon is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Dragon has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Dragon is looking to improve his position but Rico isn't that keen on the idea.

Rico is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

Rico really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dragon. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Dragon wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rico scores with punches to the body.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Rico looks gassed!
Rico somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back.
Dragon rolls, trying to escape but Rico keeps control of the position.
Rico is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Dragon tries to clinch up but Rico circles away and keeps his distance.
Rico drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Dragon is trying to control the position but Rico postures up.
Rico trying to control the position from guard on top but Dragon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Rico wants to pass the guard but Dragon is keeping the position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Rico is pushing down on Dragon's leg trying to pass to half guard. Dragon is fighting to maintain full guard but Rico has managed to sneak the leg through.
Dragon is trying to get back to full guard.
Dragon moves into full guard.
Dragon escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rico gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Dragon working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Rico doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Rico manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Rico won't allow Dragon to sweep him here.

Rico wants to control from the top but Dragon keeps moving.
Dragon has his foot on Rico's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rico works his way back into a safe position though.
Dragon looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Dragon looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Rico stands and steps away. Dragon gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Rico closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Rico lands in his opponent's guard.
Dragon has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Rico has passed into side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Rico decides to stand back up.
Rico avoids the body shot from Dragon.
Rico is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Dragon sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Dragon tries to close the distance and clinch but Rico swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Dragon swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Rico keeps the fight on the outside.
Dragon is looking to clinch.
Rico feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Dragon is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Dragon isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Rico stacks Dragon on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Rico!

That was a close second round but I would say that Connor Dragon will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. And we move into the final round!
Rico takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Rico gets the takedown into side control.
Dragon is looking for a sweep.
Dragon looks to move to half guard but instead Rico has passed into mount! Damn!
Dragon can't escape the position.
Rico postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Dragon looks a forlorn figure.
Dragon is wriggling around trying to escape.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Rico is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Dragon regains half guard.
Rico seems to be looking for submissions.

Dragon is staying active underneath Rico, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Rico prevents Dragon from improving his position.
Dragon is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Rico's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Rico's back!
Dragon working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Rico is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Dragon has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Rico taps out!
