The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Kapoian moves into the clinch successfully.
Chai is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Kapoian can't fight it off and eventually Chai manages to take the fight to the floor. That's three minutes gone in the round. Kapoian tries to reverse the position but Chai maintains control. Chai content just to control the position here. Kapoian is controlling an arm, preventing Chai from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.

Chai is not going to allow Kapoian to sit and survive in this position. Kapoian is trying to defend against the choke here but Chai has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Chai Tightens the hold and Kapoian taps out furiously! Chai displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
