Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ichnig Reedin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kreg Yamovitch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ichnig Reedin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kreg Yamovitch! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Alec Ball and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reedin shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Reedin showed some decent athleticism there. Yamovitch looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Yamovitch manages to get to full guard.
Reedin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Yamovitch swivels though and keeps the full guard. Yamovitch is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Reedin pushing down on Yamovitch's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Yamovitch is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Yamovitch is refusing to be controlled, as Reedin sits in half guard. Yamovitch is looking for a sweep. Reedin is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Reedin is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Reedin putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
That's one minute gone in the round. Yamovitch regains half guard. Yamovitch keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Reedin passes to side control. Reedin trying to control the position but Yamovitch is working away. Reedin thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Yamovitch tries to improve position but can't. Reedin looks up at the clock and then as Yamovitch takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Reedin smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Yamovitch tries to buck Reedin off but Reedin is having none of it. Reedin tries to score with some ground and pound. Yamovitch controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Yamovitch shoots and misses and Reedin counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Yamovitch's guard now. Yamovitch escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Reedin gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Yamovitch looks gassed! Yamovitch keeping moving, preventing Reedin from controlling successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Reedin not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Reedin is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Yamovitch has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Reedin is looking to defend but Yamovitch has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Reedin! Yamovitch pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Reedin taps out and this one is all over!
