Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kiryu Kazuma (ranked 242 p4p, 453 weight class) and Fidel Legions (ranked 34 p4p, 64 weight class). Kazuma comes to the cage accompanied by Uroko by Dir En Grey. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kiryu Kazuma!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fidel Legions!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Legions's jab looks to have found its range, popping Kazuma under the eye.
Kazuma misses with a body kick.
Legions moves out of range as Kazuma strikes.
Legions throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Legions fails to land with a series of punches.
Legions lands with a shot to the body.
Fidel Legions seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kazuma misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Legions is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Kazuma with a body shot.
Kazuma drops Legions with a beautiful combination! Legions stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Kazuma is looking for the KO!

It looks like Fidel Legions has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A head kick misses from Legions.
Legions is still on wobbly legs! Can Kazuma finish him?

Legions throws a counter combo.
Legions seems to have recovered his senses.
Legions throws a head kick that misses.
Legions keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Legions lands with a nice combination. Kazuma backs away looking to recover.
Legions gets in close and instigates a clinch.
A short uppercut from Legions.
Legions lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Kazuma backwards.
Kazuma is trying to push Legions away but Legions has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Legions tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Kazuma breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Legions throws a sloppy head kick and Kazuma moves out of range easily.
Kazuma walks into a jab.
Kazuma feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Legions sprawling to the canvas! Legions rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kazuma finish him?!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Kazuma misses with a body shot
and Legions makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Kazuma ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Legions moves away.
Kazuma throws a hook but Legions blocks it.
Kazuma dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Legions tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kazuma takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Kazuma lands a nice leg kick that just misses Legions's sensitive parts.
Legions slips a jab from Kazuma.
A countering left hand to the body from Legions misses.
Kazuma misses with a hook.
Legions throws a fast counter high kick but Kazuma manages to duck under it in time.
Legions throws a head kick but Kazuma moves out of range.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Legions doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Legions can't find room to land a body shot as Kazuma controls the action.
Legions misses with a hook from the clinch.
Kazuma breaks from the clinch.
Legions lands a head shot.
Kazuma looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kazuma drops Legions with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Legions looks back up at him and smiles so Kazuma waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
That has opened up Fidel Legions's cut even more.
Legions lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Legions is looking to clinch.
Kazuma was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Kazuma swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Kazuma misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Legions counters with a one-two to the body.
Legions tries to clinch but Kazuma moves out of range.
Legions tries a head kick but it misses.
Kazuma explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Look low, kick high! Kazuma uses the oldest trick in the book to send Legions tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Kazuma is absolutely delighted - when Legions wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Kiryu Kazuma!
Kiryu Kazuma decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
