Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ham Burger (ranked 1033 p4p, 903 weight class) and Origen Alexandria (ranked 143 p4p, 124 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Origen Alexandria!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Anthony Taglia and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burger has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Burger there as he acknowledges the shot.
A nice combination there by Alexandria.
Burger throws a shot from downtown. Alexandria moves away and avoids it.
Burger takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

It looks like Origen Alexandria has been cut.
Alexandria staying out of range there.
A little jabbing left from Alexandria on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Alexandria fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Burger.
Alexandria throws the kick towards the body but Burger avoids it.
A slow jab from Burger misses its intended target.
Burger throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Alexandria throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Burger sets himself, and Alexandria steps forward looking for the clinch! Burger avoids it this time.
Alexandria slips a straight right by Burger.
Alexandria takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Alexandria tries for a takedown but Burger circles away easily
and Burger connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Burger misses with an uppercut. Alexandria saw that one coming.
Alexandria uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Burger.

Burger keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Alexandria throws a chopping leg kick but Burger manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Burger throws out a loose jab but Alexandria uses good head movement to avoid it.
Burger lands with a hook. Alexandria tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
A looping hook to the body misses from Burger. Alexandria does a little dance to reset his feet.
Alexandria ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Burger moves away.

Ham Burger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Burger throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Alexandria moves into the clinch successfully.
Alexandria has Burger pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Burger manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Ham Burger has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Origen Alexandria.

Burger manages to break the clinch.
Alexandria uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Burger.
Burger misses with an uppercut. Alexandria saw that one coming.
Alexandria misses with a double jab.
Alexandria waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Burger.

Burger was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Burger is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Alexandria shoots in looking for a takedown but Burger manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Alexandria's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Burger on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Alexandria shoots in and bounces Burger off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Burger manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Alexandria manages to get himself to full guard.

Burger has gone for a leg lock! Alexandria slips out almost immediately though and dives into Burger's guard.

Alexandria is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Burger has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Alexandria is looking to defend but Burger has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Alexandria! Burger pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Alexandria taps out and this one is all over!

After the fight, Ham Burger was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
