Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Geo Versu (ranked 3575 p4p, 2895 weight class) and Larry Lungfish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Geo Versu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 9 - 0, fighting out of New York, Larry Lungfish!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Steve Montenegro and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lungfish will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Versu was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
A head kick by Lungfish misses
and Versu connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Larry Lungfish has been cut.
Versu lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Lungfish throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Lungfish takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Versu connects with a good right hand that stumbles Lungfish. Lungfish circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Lungfish chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Versu can pounce on him.
