Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between George Hale (ranked 3031 p4p, 4906 weight class) and Johnny Kenard (ranked 271 p4p, 344 weight class). Hale comes to the cage accompanied by Tenggar Cavalry - Lone Wolf. Johnny Kenard told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Johnny Kenard!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Robert Douchet and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kenard takes one on the button.
Johnny Kenard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hale keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kenard gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Hale definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Kenard instigates a clinch.
Kenard is trying to break the clinch but Hale has him pressed against the cage.
Hale lands a shot to the body.
Hale throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Kenards head.
Kenard is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Hale is defending well.
Hale working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.

Hale lands a big right hand that drops Kenard! The killer instinct kicks in and Hale finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Hale!
