Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Arturo Hernandez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 35 - 0, fighting out of London, Michael Collins!
The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Ren Mimura and Shirou Masuda.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Collins works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Hernandez lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Collins at a distance.

Collins tries a head kick but it misses.
Collins throws a right hand that misses
and Hernandez counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Collins misses with a head kick.
Hernandez throws a big counter combination but Collins scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Hernandez rushes Collins and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.

Collins breaks from the clinch.
The fighters circle momentarily. Collins darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Collins takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Hernandez counters with a right hand to the body.
Hernandez has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Hare of the Dog Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Hernandez just misses with a punch to the body.
Collins keeps the fight on the outside.
Collins throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Hernandez scores with a jab.

It looks like Michael Collins has been cut.
Collins is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Hernandez tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Collins tries to bum rush Hernandez with a series of wild strikes but Hernandez uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hernandez throws a hook to the side of Collins's head but Collins sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Arturo Hernandez is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hernandez moves away from the strike by Collins.
Collins throws a head kick but Hernandez moves out of range.
Hernandez connects with a body shot.
Collins falls off balance throwing a combination

and Hernandez counters with a really nice, stiff jab that drops Collins onto his ass. He'll have to take the mandatory count from the referee but he's back on his feet and he seems OK to continue.

Collins is rocked!
Hernandez throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Collins swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Hernandez seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Collins walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Hernandez! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!

After the fight, Arturo Hernandez was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
