And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Georgie Robinson!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Steve Smith and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robinson misses with an attempted mid kick.
Robinson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kowalski sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Kowalski throws a right and a left that both miss.

Robinson wants to stand but Kowalski has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Kowalski seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Robinson for as long as he can get away with.
Robinson is trying to control but can't.
Kowalski wants to free his trapped foot but Robinson is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Robinson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Kowalski is working away from the top position though.

and Kowalski counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Robinson is looking to clinch but Kowalski is avoiding it.
Robinson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Kowalski swivels and escapes.
Ivan Kowalski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Georgie Robinson.

Kowalski's jab looks to have found its range, popping Robinson under the eye.

Kowalski wants the takedown. Robinson is fighting it off but Kowalski persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Robinson's guard against the cage.

Robinson is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Kowalski's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Robinson tries to kick Kowalski off in order to stand up. Kowalski Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Kowalski has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Robinson avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Kowalski's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kowalski misses with a takedown attempt - Robinson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
