Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hugo Clement (ranked 3529 p4p, 2388 weight class) and Fela Kuti (ranked 406 p4p, 295 weight class). Kuti has chosen Expensive Shit as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Kuti misses.
Clement shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kuti as he avoids it easily.

Clement digs a good hook to Kuti's body.
Clement lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

It looks like Hugo Clement has been cut.
Kuti throws a shot to the body.
Kuti misses with a straight right.
Clement swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Kuti walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Clement walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Kuti checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Kuti lands the left hand.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kuti misses with a looping right.
Kuti connects with a right that clearly hurt Clement. He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as Kuti proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Clement collapses and taps out under the pressure!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Fela Kuti!
Fela Kuti really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Brooklyn Apothecary logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
