Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Miles O Brien (ranked 1744 p4p, 2758 weight class) and Patrick Slinger (ranked 155 p4p, 234 weight class). Slinger has chosen Hail Mary as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Miles O Brien!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Patrick Slinger!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for O Brien, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Slinger feints the counter takedown.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! O Brien crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Slinger - the referee stops the clock and O Brien gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Slinger. O Brien manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Slinger shoots in looking for a takedown. O Brien tries to sprawl out of it but Slinger keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. O Brien manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
