Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Akara Kongsangchai (ranked 1296 p4p, 2173 weight class) and Phol Boxaaja (ranked 188 p4p, 285 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boxaaja blocks a head kick by Kongsangchai.
Boxaaja swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Boxaaja fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Kongsangchai misses with a hook. Boxaaja ducked under it nicely.
It seemed like Boxaaja was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Kongsangchai unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Boxaaja! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Kongsangchai is unloading with more strikes now! Boxaaja drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
