Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Devin Ecker (ranked 2452 p4p, 1387 weight class) and Harry Moura (ranked 340 p4p, 207 weight class). Ecker comes to the cage accompanied by Where The Hood At?. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Devin Ecker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Harry Moura!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ecker throws a head kick but Moura moves out of range.
Moura waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Ecker.
Ecker feinted with a counter takedown.
Decent striking displayed by Moura there.
Ecker shoots in for a takedown but Moura shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Nice defenses there by Ecker.
Moura misses with a wild body shot.
Ecker tries to clinch up.
Moura wants to counter with a clinch but Ecker pushes him away.
Moura dodges the punch combination from Ecker.
Moura swings for the body but Ecker moves out of range.
Moura lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Ecker tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Ecker looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Good leg kick by Moura.
Moura thows a leg kick but Ecker checks it
and Ecker counters with a three punch combo that has Moura backing up. Moura nods at Ecker to acknowledge the strikes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Moura showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ecker.

Moura scores with a leg kick.
Moura looks to land a left hand but Ecker moved out of range nicely.
Moura stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Moura scores with a nice strike.
Ecker tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Moura lands a nice looking body shot.
A clash of legs there as Ecker blocks the low kick.
Ecker is looking to counter the offense by Moura and move into the clinch.
A slapping leg kick lands for Moura.
Ecker moves out of range of the body kick from Moura.
Ecker takes one to the side of the head.
Moura tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Ecker is able to avoid easily.
Ecker misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ecker stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Moura.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Moura bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Ecker swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Moura is looking to land body kicks.

Moura looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Moura with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Moura not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Moura is looking to work some ground and pound but Ecker has wrist control.
Moura postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Ecker has his hands on Moura's head, controlling the position.

Ecker working for a triangle but Moura defends it easily.
Moura trying to control but Ecker is working from the bottom.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Moura working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Ecker is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Moura loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Moura missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ecker keeping moving, preventing Moura from controlling successfully.
Ecker is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Ecker working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Moura.
Ecker trying to keep a closed guard but Moura is proving a slippery customer.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Ecker misses with a series of wild punches.
Harry Moura seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A looping hook to the body misses from Moura. Ecker does a little dance to reset his feet.
Moura lands a lovely overhand right.
Ecker walks into a straight right hand from Moura.
Ecker throws a head kick that Moura semi-blocks.

It looks like Harry Moura has been cut.
Ecker pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Moura back to the cage. Ecker follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Moura throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Ecker stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Moura keeps the fight on the outside.

Moura clinches with his opponent.
Ecker tries to circle away but Moura has him pinned against the cage.

Ecker breaks from the clinch.
Ecker lands a head kick!
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Harry Moura dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Harry Moura's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Moura walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Ecker checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
A slapping leg kick lands for Moura.
That kick from Moura tenderised Ecker's leg. Ecker is trying to keep his angry face on.
A punch combination from Ecker misses.
Ecker defending well as Moura loads up on a big left hand.
Ecker changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Moura feints and then cracks Ecker's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Ecker down.
Nice sprawl there from Ecker as Moura shoots in.
Ecker throws a sloppy head kick and Moura moves out of range easily.
A solid leg kick lands there for Moura.
Ecker looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Ecker backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Moura's temple! It sends Moura violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Ecker celebrates and the doctors try to help Moura!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Flying Knee). Devin Ecker!
An out of breath Devin Ecker thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
