Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Nikola Nurmagomedov (ranked 4719 p4p, 4518 weight class) and Paul Bunyons (ranked 343 p4p, 337 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nurmagomedov shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Nurmagomedov feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Nurmagomedov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bunyons swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Nurmagomedov stands up over his opponent, looking to dive in with a big punch. Here he comes, superman style! Oh, the punch misses and Bunyons has got him in a triangle choke for good measure! Oh no! Nurmagomedov manages to get his head free but now Bunyons has transitioned to an armbar! Nurmagomedov grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Bunyons! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
