Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hill will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Hill throws a series of punches but Konnor moves out of range.
Konnor shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hill but Hill pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Konnor shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hill pinned against the cage. Hill gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Konnor fails to land the takedown.

Konnor avoids the head kick by Hill.
Hill throws a hook to the side of Konnor's head but Konnor sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Konnor changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hill tries to avoid it but Konnor manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hill to the ground. Hill escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hill tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Hill tightens his grip and picks Konnor up, before dumping him to the ground. Konnor manages to land in guard.
Hill is looking to stand up but Konnor won't let him.
Konnor controls Hill momentarily but Hill frees himself.

Hill stands and steps away. Konnor gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Konnor forces Hill back against the cage and clinches.

Hill wants to control but Konnor is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Konnor stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.
Konnor moves in looking to clinch but Hill pushes him off.
Konnor misses with a head kick.
Hill changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Konnor tries to avoid it but Hill manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Konnor to the ground. Konnor escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Konnor gets control of Hill's arms and successfully pulls guard. Konnor will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hill wants to stand but Konnor has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Hill with a flurry of punches that miss.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Konnor is on top in guard.

Hill keeping moving, preventing Konnor from controlling successfully.

Hill pushes Konnor off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Konnor darts in and clinches Hill up against the cage.

Hill decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Konnor tries for a takedown but Hill circles away easily
and Hill counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Konnor lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hill!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Hill is trying desperately to improve position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hill looks to land a combination but Konnor avoids it well.

Konnor throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Konnor throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hill's waist but Hill gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Konnor off to one side.

and Konnor counters with a nice double leg into side control. Hill won't be happy with that.
