Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Xxx Xxx (ranked 23314 p4p, 5799 weight class) and Xxx Xxx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 12 - 57 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 50 - 19 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xxx Xxx! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Fighter A shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Fighter B steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Fighter A looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Fighter B throws a fast counter high kick but Fighter A manages to duck under it in time. Fighter B stuffs the takedown attempt from Fighter A. Fighter A gets slowly back to his feet. Fighter B replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Fighter A blocks it well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B stuffs the takedown. Fighter B appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Xxx Xxx. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fighter B misses with a takedown attempt - Fighter A sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice sprawl there from Fighter B as Fighter A shoots in. Fighter B looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Fighter B looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fighter A is trying to control but can't.
Well, if Fighter B is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter B feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Fighter A throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fighter B not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Fighter A is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Fighter A looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Xxx Xxx dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Fighter A throws a front kick that sends Fighter B stumbling back into the cage. Fighter A dives in for a single leg takedown but Fighter B sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Fighter B counters with a body kick. Fighter A tries for a takedown. No joy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter A has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Fighter B after a bit of a struggle. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Xxx Xxx. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fighter B drops down looking for an ankle pick but Fighter A pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A gets a double leg takedown into Fighter B's guard. Fighter B tries to land a sweep but no joy. Fighter B pulls Fighter A in to control the position. Fighter A is looking to work some ground and pound but Fighter B has wrist control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fighter B has control of Fighter A's left arm, preventing Fighter A from doing any damage. Fighter A working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Fighter A being controlled here momentarily.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Fighter B keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Fighter B is trying to counter with his kicks.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter A shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Fighter B pinned against the cage. Fighter B gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Fighter A closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fighter B is controlling Fighter A's trapped leg to prevent Fighter A from advancing to side control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter A missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Xxx Xxx dominated that second round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round! Fighter A misses with a takedown attempt and Fighter B counters with a lovely shot to the body. Fighter B decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Xxx Xxx has got the better of the ground game so far. Fighter B controlling the action here. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Fighter A tries to roll over but Fighter B keeps him under control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B stalling.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A is trying to get back to full guard. Fighter B performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Fighter B stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Fighter B wants it to stay on the feet. Fighter B thinks about the counter body kick. Fighter A looking for a takedown here - he's got it. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Fighter B holds on and takes a little breather.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter B is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Fighter A is in close to Fighter B's body, working some short punches and elbows.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Fighter A stands up over Fighter B, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fighter B keeping moving, preventing Fighter A from controlling successfully. Fighter B wants to sweep but no luck. Fighter B is pulling down on Fighter A's head. It's preventing any offense from Fighter A, at least for the moment. Let's hope that Fighter B has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Xxx Xxx. I think Fighter B has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
