Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

McGuire forces Flynn back against the cage and clinches.

McGuire jumps guard and drags Flynn to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Flynn wants to stand and escape but instead McGuire has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as McGuire accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Flynn is trying to control the position from the bottom.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
James McGuire seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

McGuire is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Flynn looking to sit in guard and control but McGuire gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

McGuire stands and throws Flynn's legs to the side, diving into side control.

McGuire is working to tighten his grip on Flynn's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Flynn has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but McGuire is really squeezing tight and eventually Flynn passes out! McGuire breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
