Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thor Odinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janne Uusitalo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Thor Odinson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Janne Uusitalo! The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Tarja Halkonen and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Left hook, right uppercut from Odinson.
It looks like Janne Uusitalo has been cut. Uusitalo tries to clinch up but Odinson circles away and keeps his distance. Uusitalo looks for a takedown but Odinson sprawls well. Uusitalo shoots in but Odinson avoids the takedown attempt easily. Uusitalo closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Uusitalo lands in his opponent's guard. Odinson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Odinson tries to get out of the position. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Uusitalo throws a big right hand that misses. Odinson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Uusitalo is one step ahead there. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Uusitalo stops Odinson from standing up. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Uusitalo won't allow Odinson to sweep him here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Uusitalo loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Odinson working a defensive guard here.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Odinson gets caught flat footed, as Uusitalo shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Odinson keeping moving, preventing Uusitalo from controlling successfully. Odinson is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Uusitalo has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Odinson has momentary wrist control but Uusitalo slips an elbow through the middle.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Odinson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Uusitalo is one step ahead there. Uusitalo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Odinson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Odinson wants to get back to his feet but Uusitalo is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Odinson keeping moving, preventing Uusitalo from controlling successfully.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Uusitalo closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Odinson to the mat! Odinson manages to get full guard. Uusitalo looks gassed!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Uusitalo trying to control but Odinson is working from the bottom. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Uusitalo accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Odinson is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Uusitalo is controlling him. Odinson working a defensive guard here.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Uusitalo is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Odinson trying to control the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Odinson wants to sweep here but Uusitalo controlling him for the moment.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Odinson connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Odinson gets in close and instigates a clinch. Odinson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Uusitalo drives through with a takedown into guard. Odinson lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Uusitalo! Odinson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Odinson has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Odinson looking to control but Uusitalo is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Thor Odinson dominated that round. The cut man is working on Janne Uusitalo's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Odinson digs a good body shot into Uusitalo's ribs. Odinson lands a left and a right that sends Uusitalo crashing to the canvas! Odinson dives into mount looking to finish! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Odinson controlling the pace for now. Uusitalo is squirming around, avoiding Odinson's attempts to control the action. Odinson sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! That's one minute gone in the round. Odinson controlling from the full mount. Odinson thowing shots but they're missing. Odinson controlling the pace for now.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Thor Odinson just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Odinson changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Odinson scores with a three punch combo!
The cut above Janne Uusitalo's eye is starting to cause him problems now. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A lazy left from Odinson finds it's target.
Janne Uusitalo's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Janne Uusitalo's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
