Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Heli Mutikainen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boblay Lachlay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lachlay comes into a darkened arena with his song building. 2pac - I'm A Souljah kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Boblay Lachlay is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Heli Mutikainen! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Boblay Lachlay! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Colin Fotheringham and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lachlay clinches up against the cage. Lachlay lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Lachlay makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. Mutikainen has Lachlay pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Lachlay manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Mutikainen has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Lachlay avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Lachlay lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Mutikainen backwards. Mutikainen wants a takedown but no success here.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Heli Mutikainen. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lachlay softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Lachlay breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Mutikainen tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Lachlay swivels and escapes. Lachlay clinches up with Mutikainen and pushes him back against the cage. Lachlay stops a takedown attempt from Mutikainen.
Lachlay lands with a short head shot on the inside. Still in the clinch, Lachlay scores with a nice short uppercut. Lachlay breaks from the clinch.
Heli Mutikainen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mutikainen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lachlay pinned against the cage. Lachlay gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Lachlay drives through and clinches with Mutikainen against the cage.
Mutikainen tries for a takedown. No joy.
Lachlay scores with an uppercut up the middle. Mutikainen tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Lachlay's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Mutikainen fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Lachlay avoids it really well and circles away. Lachlay has Mutikainen up against the cage in a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lachlay escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mutikainen fails to land the takedown. Lachlay clinches. A short right from Lachlay. Lachlay breaks the clinch.
Mutikainen tries for a takedown but Lachlay sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Lachlay has taken the fight to the clinch.
Lachlay lands a left hand that snaps the head of Mutikainen backwards. Lachlay manages to break the clinch.
Lachlay darts in and clinches Mutikainen up against the cage. Lachlay lands a right hand. Mutikainen fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Lachlay scores with a nice hook to the head. Lachlay pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Lachlay moves into range and clinches up with Mutikainen. Lachlay lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Mutikainen tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Lachlay smiles and moves away.
Nice sprawl there from Lachlay as Mutikainen shoots in. Lachlay scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Mutikainen is breathing heavily. Mutikainen fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lachlay fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Mutikainen sprawls well initially but Lachlay persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Lachlay gets to his feet - back to striking we go! Boblay Lachlay is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Lachlay scores with a hook to the body. Mutikainen takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Lachlay thuds a left hand into Mutikainen's body. Lachlay lands with a big right hook that stumbles Mutikainen - he's out on his feet here! Lachlay follows up with another monster hook that separates Mutikainen from consciousness! Mutikainen falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Lachlay stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Boblay Lachlay! Boblay Lachlay retains his lightweight title!
