Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Pultti Pyssy (ranked 1794 p4p, 2903 weight class) and Gabriel Soares (ranked 232 p4p, 338 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soares tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pyssy swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Soares takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Pyssy throws a body punch but Soares moves out of range.

Pyssy is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Soares defends it well.
