This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Rio de Janeiro, with a TWGC record of 16 wins and 4 losses; Abu Schaubi! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 7 wins and 4 losses; Alexander Maximus!
The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Columbo Gatti and Steve Montenegro.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.
Schaubi moves into the clinch.
Schaubi is pressed up against the cage. Maximus has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Schaubi down to the mat. Schaubi avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Schaubi looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Let's hope that Maximus has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
