Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alcide Almunecar (ranked 2848 p4p, 24310 weight class) and Sergey Bakarow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sergey Bakarow!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bakarow with a poor takedown
and Almunecar counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Almunecar connects with a solid leg kick.
Bakarow wants to clinch.
Bakarow changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Almunecar tries to avoid it but Bakarow manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Almunecar to the ground. Almunecar escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Bakarow misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Bakarow closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
