Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Higanti Libat (ranked 24118 p4p, 24498 weight class) and Way Nada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 14 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Higanti Libat! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 10 - 21 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Way Nada! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Nice takedown defense from Nada. No joy for Libat on that attempt. Nada counters with a body kick. Nada shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Nada was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Nada controls the position. Nada trying to control the position but Libat is working away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Who's going to make the next move? Nada throwing shots but missing, from side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nada slows the pace down. Libat is trying to control Nada's posture but Nada avoids it. Libat stuck in half guard on the bottom here.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Libat gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Nada scoring with punches to the head and body. Nada sitting in guard, not really doing much. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Libat is on top in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nada is pulling down on Libat's head. It's preventing any offense from Libat, at least for the moment. Nada lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Nada being controlled here momentarily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Nada controls from within his opponent's guard. Libat trying to control the position here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Way Nada dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Nada looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Nada fails with a takedown attempt. Libat swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Nada closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Libat to the mat! Libat manages to get full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Nada trying to control but Libat is working from the bottom.

Libat pulls Nada in close to prevent any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Nada not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Libat trying to keep a closed guard but Nada is proving a slippery customer.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Libat shoots in for a takedown but Nada shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Nada flicks out a counter leg kick but Libat steps away. Nada defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Libat. Nada counters with a body kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Libat shoots in looking for a takedown. Nada tries to sprawl out of it but Libat keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nada manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Nada steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Higanti Libat. That's going to take a lot out of him. No luck with that takedown attempt from Nada. Libat is looking to counter with a body kick. Nada has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Nada shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Nada shoots in but no luck this time. Libat quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. Nada shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Libat sprawls well. Libat wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Nada gets slowly back to his feet. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Way Nada showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Back to the action! And we move into the final round! Nada shoots in for a takedown but Libat shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Libat thinks about countering with a body kick. Nada tries to score a power double leg takedown but Libat sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Nada somewhat. It appears Libat was looking to counter with a kick there. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Libat fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Nada avoids it really well and circles away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Libat shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Nada defends it nicely. Nada looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Nada is defended easily by Libat. Higanti Libat has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Way Nada.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Nada dives in and grabs Libat's left leg, looking for a takedown. Libat pushes down on Nada's head and hops out. Libat throws a quick counter kick to the body but Nada avoids it. Libat shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Libat is looking to stall here but Nada recovers full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Libat controlling from the top position. Nada trying to strike off his back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Nada tries to strike from the bottom.
Nada pulls Libat in close to prevent any damage. Libat controls from within his opponent's guard. Higanti Libat has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Way Nada is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Nada is adopting a defensive guard.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Higanti Libat showed his dominance in that final round. I think Nada has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
