Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Henry Shewmaker (ranked 4258 p4p, 4281 weight class) and Tokoni Soaki (ranked 168 p4p, 170 weight class). Soaki is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Shepherds Reign - Le Manu. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Henry Shewmaker! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tokoni Soaki! The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Bart Greer and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Soaki darts in looking for a takedown but Shewmaker gets double underhooks and turns Soaki into the cage. Shewmaker throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Soaki sees it coming and avoids it easily. Soaki wants to clinch enabling Shewmaker to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Tokoni Soaki has been cut. Shewmaker throws an overhand right that lands on Soaki's shoulder, as Soaki tries to avoid the shot. Soaki ducks right into an uppercut from Shewmaker. Shewmaker avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Shewmaker throwing a counter right hand but Soaki manages to avoid it. Tokoni Soaki seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The crowd cheers as Shewmaker lands an impressive looking overhand right. Soaki doesn't seem phased though. Soaki defending well as Shewmaker loads up on a big left hand. Soaki tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Shewmaker paws at him with a jab and circles away. Shewmaker throws a right and a left that both miss. Shewmaker throws a big shot that misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. No joy there for Soaki, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Soaki wants to clinch and Shewmaker counters with a straight right hand. Shewmaker darts in and out, connecting with a jab. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Soaki shoots in for a takedown but Shewmaker shows good takedown defense.
That's one minute gone in the round. Soaki tries to clinch but Shewmaker is having none of it. Shewmaker keeps the fight on the outside. Shewmaker lands a big right hand that sends Soaki crashing to the mat! Shewmaker stays standing though and waves Soaki back to his feet!
Soaki is rocked! Shewmaker lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Soaki is looking to close the distance but Shewmaker sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Soaki crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Soaki is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Knee). Henry Shewmaker! Tokoni Soaki was interviewed post fight and said 'Congratulations to my opponent, they were the better fighter today. And to everyone in my division, Teke lava tauolunga mo au? (Do you wanna Dance with me?)'.
