Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leonard Read (ranked 4287 p4p, 4076 weight class) and Geezer Butler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Leonard Read!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Geezer Butler!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Peter Branson and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Read instigates a clinch.
Read fails to pull guard.
Butler is looking to break free of the clinch but Read has double underhooks.
Read jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Butler walks away with a smile on his face. Read gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Butler displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Read.
Butler is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Read with a body shot.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Leonard Read. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Read tries to close the distance and clinch up but Butler swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Read tries to clinch but Butler moves out of range.
Butler lands a really nice looking cross but Read seems unphased.
Read's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Butler connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Read scrambles back to his feet.

and Butler connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Butler throws a good cross that connects.
Butler scores with a jab to the body.
Butler circles away from the clinch attempt
and Butler counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and Butler makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Read tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Butler defends well and Read ends up having to push Butler into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
A right hook to the body lands for Butler.
Read decides to pull guard.
Read is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Butler defends well.
Read has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Butler can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Read working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Butler doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Butler manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Read had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Butler defends it easily.
Read has his foot on Butler's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Butler works his way back into a safe position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Read looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
