Chugunov comes to the cage accompanied by I must break you.. Grigoriy Chugunov could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Dave Newton's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Grigoriy Chugunov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dave Newton!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Newton tries to clinch up but Chugunov circles away and keeps his distance.
Chugunov shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Chugunov seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Chugunov looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Newton with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Chugunov is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Newton!
Newton looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Newton is in a horrible position here. Chugunov smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
A nice elbow there by Chugunov.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Chugunov connects with a bit shot that sees Newton covering up! More strikes from Chugunov and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Chugunov is our winner by TKO!

Grigoriy Chugunov decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
