Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Anton Sarus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Apollo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sarus comes to the cage accompanied by T.I. - What Up, What's Happenin. The key to victory for Anton Sarus has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sarus is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Apollo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sarus was well out of range. Poor timing from Apollo.
Sarus tries to close the distance and clinch up but Apollo swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Apollo swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Sarus is now in Apollo's guard. A big mistake from Apollo there, giving up the dominant position!
Apollo looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Sarus has picked Apollo up and slammed him! Apollo can't keep hold of the triangle and Sarus manages to pass to side control!
Apollo tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Sarus presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

It looks like Sarus is going to stand back up.
Apollo is looking for a sweep. Sarus is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Sarus is looking to clinch but Apollo is avoiding it.

Apollo postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Sarus is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Apollo, into his guard.
Sarus gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Apollo changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sarus tries to avoid it but Apollo manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sarus to the ground. Sarus escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Apollo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
