Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Preston Driver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Fury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Driver comes into the arena with Candy Paint blaring out of the sound system. Fury is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Rammstein - Te Quiero Puta. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Driver fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Fury closes the distance and clinches.
Driver has hold of one of Fury's legs. Fury is fighting the takedown attempt but Driver gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Driver lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Driver decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Fury slips a straight right by Driver.

Fury gets caught flat footed, as Driver shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Fury tries to lock up and control but Driver gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

and Fury counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Fury.

Fury tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Fury tries to pull guard but Driver holds him up against the cage and eventually Fury drops back down to his feet.
Driver is pressed up against the cage. Fury has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Driver down to the mat. Driver avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Driver throws a looping overhand right but Fury ducks down to avoid it.

and Fury counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Driver is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Fury gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Driver.
Driver scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Driver rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Fury moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Driver thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Driver throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Fury holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Brian Fury has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Fury's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Fury closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Driver tries to bench press Fury off him but Fury keeps the position.
Fury stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Driver swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Fury moves away from the strike by Driver.
Driver slaps away a takedown attempt from Fury, before circling back to the center of the mat.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

I would just about give that final round to Brian Fury.
